CONCORD and the Federation have helped to create Upwell. Assuming this lack of control over their creation is genuine, then they must accept the responsibility of their actions. Considering CONCORD's response to threats like Sansha or the Drifters, this hasn't been a traditional response.

And seriously? We're the greatest threat to the Federation and the Republic? Have we ganked the Empress of Amarr in HiSec recently? Have we transported millions of civilians off their planets and turned them into cyber-zombies for Sansha Kuvakei? How many people in the Federation die each year due to Serpentis operations? How many more die due the Pendulum war with the Caldari State? A war, I might add, that nets CONCORD and by extension Upwell a LOT of ISK. The Cartel was forged by the Matari people. As I've noted elsewhere, out tattoos are a nod to that heritage. Amarr is still the single greatest threat to the Matari people, followed closely by the Republic itself and CONCORD through again, the Pendulum War.

If Upwell is too big for CONCORD to control, then perhaps organizations like mine are actually some of the best allies the Federation or Republic could have. A slave chain made of ISK is still a slave chain. Are you truly free if you have to purchase your freedom on the market?

Upwell's destruction of a civilian shipyard over an inhabited planet will not go unanswered. Nor will we sit idly by and allow ourselves to be preyed upon to maintain CONCORD's status quo. You call us criminals. You say we commit acts of piracy. You say we are killers, slavers, that we peddle drugs and prostitutes. It's true. all of it (). But what we don't do is lie about it. We don't hide behind a facade of "morality."

People once assumed that the Empire couldn't be fought, but the Matari, the Khanid, the Bloodraiders, the Jove and finally the Drifters proved them wrong. People once assumed the Federation was too big, that no one could stand up to them. The Caldari proved them wrong; their own drones proved them wrong. People once thought the Goons could never be taken down. The MBC proved them wrong.

People think Upwell is too wealthy, CONCORD is too powerful.

They are wrong.

Federals don't deserve any information. Giving to gallentes what they want means same as sharing information about Serpentis with Guristas.

Both Federal and Republican regimes are semi-criminal agressive entities, whose well being doesn't correspond with well being of regular citizens.

I really hope that Upwell will tell these fanatics to go suck from afterburners instead of providing them anything.

Also does anyone else find it slightly ironic that the head of the Gallentes 'making critics of the government disppear' squad is lecturing other entities about their moral duties to their citizens.
